Approach

Integrative.
Which really just means human.

Different people need different things at different times. Rather than locking you into one method, I draw on several — gently, and only when they fit.

Person-centred

You are the expert on you. My job is to listen, reflect, and create the conditions for you to hear yourself clearly.

Psychodynamic

Patterns from the past quietly shape the present. We notice them — not to assign blame, but to soften their grip.

Existential

Some questions don't have neat answers. Meaning, freedom, mortality, choice. We can sit with them honestly.

What it looks like

A working rhythm,
not a treatment plan.

  1. 01

    A free intro call

Fifteen minutes by phone or video. You tell me a little; I tell you a little. We see if it feels right. No fee, no commitment.

  2. 02

    Your first session

Fifty minutes. We don't have to fix anything. Mostly we're just beginning to know each other. I'll ask what brought you, and we'll go from there.

  3. 03

    The work itself

Weekly is the rhythm most people settle into. Some weeks land deep. Some are quieter. Both are part of it. Sessions belong to you.

  4. 04

    Ending well

Endings matter. When the time comes — and it will — we'll plan it together. Therapy that closes thoughtfully is therapy that lasts.
